Just as there is weather upon the earth so is there emotional weather in your bodies, psyche, mind, and collective. The reason I am speaking of this is that scientists know that there is a direct correlation between the sunlight you get and how you feel mentally and emotionally. It is very important to follow nature and hibernate accordingly and make sure you get plenty of sleep and rest in the winter months.
Know the power of fire for fire is very nurturing to bones, body, and psyche. In the winter it is important to take time for introspection and quiet time for yourself. Be very leary of all the drama going on with politics and mass media because it is a sideshow for other things happening on the planet which involve weather changes, social unrest, and crisis from many different countries.
Make sure whatever happens in the crises of other countries does not affect you. Don’t let it disturb you, the more minds that collectively react to fear, worry, anger, and political drama, the more fuel is set into this arena and you plug yourself into it. Whatever happens in the world is the world’s business. Whatever happens to people is their business. Your own consciousness is the business you need to focus on.
The more knowledge you gain the more you adapt and gain equilibrium. Humans tend to overthink their melodramas and all it does is waste your energy. You are responsible for who you are and you must be the keeper of your growth. Don’t get sidetracked in thinking it is someone else’s responsibility. You must save yourself from yourself.
So try to get as much sunlight as you can and be near fire near the time of winter. Mediate and be in the moment and the keeping of disorders will have less effect on you. Be not so worried about politics, it is all rigged anyway. If you unplug from all this meaningless drama and become more of a grounded gentle soul in the currents of life you will be guided to your subconscious and altered consciousness.
